Meet Peter Brussard
Believing that two of the critical elements for successful leadership are great people and good data, Peter has built a career around leading & scaling companies, teams and software. As a software management executive with more than 25 years of experience, Peter is an expert in using understanding and empathy to create alignment across departments. Building wildly successful products to drive millions in revenue and creating team-first environments through servant leadership is where he shines.
Peter is the president of Bridge, a software company dedicated to changing organizations through the power of employee development. Bridge is a learning & performance platform that uniquely combines training, skills, career development, and performance management, all in one solution.
Peter is also a husband and a father. When he’s not managing his ultra-talented company of 200+ individuals across three countries, or preparing for his next keynote speech, you can find Peter spending time with his wife and daughter.
Peter’s career drivers are collaboration, trust, leadership, results and mentorship.
